7KA collaboration

An unusual vernissage and a cocktail party were held in the restaurant "Beluga" on Mokhovaya street. The designer of our brand Ekaterina Kombarova created a double portrait of Bolshoi Theater stars Artem Ovcharenko and Anna Tikhomirova. The painting will soon be presented at the Louvre exhibition. It is made in oil painting technique in pastel colors and is enclosed in a special frame made of knitted fabric, recognizable 7KA material. The idea of the work came to the mind of Ekaterina last November, when dancers came at one of the brand charity evenings. "Ballet people’’ are people of strict discipline, therefore - "said" means "done." Work on the painting began in the restaurant Beluga, with a view on the Red Square, continued in Venice, where she constantly improves her skills, and finished in Moscow. The stages of this process were captured and filmed by director Daria Mitrofanova.

On the vernissage day the guests were surprised with a delicious dessert, developed by the chef of the restaurant "Beluga" Anton Kovalkov - this is an exclusive gastronomic twist on the cult meringue "Anna Pavlova", and this time it is dedicated not to one great talent, but to the unity of the talents of Artem Ovcharenko and Anna Tikhomirova. A new chapter in the life of a classic dessert with a rich history will show that one plus one is more than two. Guests of the party offered their names for dessert after tasting and stayed for a long time, admiring the fouettes of Artem Ovcharenko and the daughter of young parents.

Explaining her creative vision, Ekaterina does not limit herself to general words about the sudden illumination coming from heaven. "I am the wife of an athlete, and I know what indefatigable physical labor is, when you've had practice and rehearsals almost from the moment you were born." There are records, but also hellish pain and fatigue. "The representatives of these professions have a huge, if I may say so, amortization: their life proceeds with a countdown. This circumstance allowed me to paint the hymn of masculinity, strength, power of love. Apple tree, which you see in the picture, is for me a symbol of these important feelings but also a symbol of transience of ballet career - it is quickly blooms and soon fall off." Ekaterina, artistically very versatile person, turns to the ballet theme not for the first time: fashionistas of many capitals are in love with cardigans from the series "Ballet" and "Maya’.
